Vouchers are specific to and must be redeemed in the salon they are purchased in.

We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. You will receive a booking confirmation and reminder email prior to your appointment. If you can no longer make your appointment please amend it online or call us directly on 01505 612226.

Unfortunately if 48 hours notice is not given you will be charged 100% of your treatment
